同性婚が認められない日本ではパートナーシップ制度というものがあります。
In Japan, where same-sex marriage is not recognized, there is a partnership system.
パートナーシップ制度とは自治体が独自にLGBTQカップルに対して「結婚に相当する関係」とする証明書を発行し、様々なサービスや社会的配慮を受けやすくする制度です。
The partnership system is a system under which local governments issue certificates to LGBTQ couples on their own initiative to deem their relationship “equivalent to marriage,” making it easier for them to receive various services and social considerations.
日本では2015年に東京都渋谷区で始まり、2023年には260自治体を超え、急速に導入する自治体が広がっています。
In Japan, it began in 2015 in Shibuya Ward, Tokyo, and by 2023, more than 260 municipalities will have adopted the system, with the number of municipalities rapidly increasing.
学校のLGBTQ｜LGBTQ in School
LGBTQの人にも無理なく制服を着てもらおうということでジェンダーレス(genderless)制服というのがでてきました。男女での性差があまりないようなデザインの制服だったり、女性でもズボンが選べたりする制服です。
Genderless uniforms have been introduced to allow LGBTQ people to wear uniforms without difficulty. Uniforms are designed in such a way that there is little gender difference between men and women, and even women can choose pants.
ランドセルの色も多様化が進んでいます。昔は男の子は黒で女の子は赤のランドセルで、男女で色が決まっていました。しかし今では茶色や紫、青、ピンクなど様々な色のランドセルが売られ男女に関係なく自分が好きなものを選べるようになっています。
The colors of school bags are also becoming more diverse. In the past, school bags were black for boys and red for girls, with colors determined by gender. Nowadays, however, school bags are sold in a variety of colors, including brown, purple, blue, and pink, allowing both men and women to choose the one they like best.
