日本でのBTS｜BTS in Japan
BTSは2013年に韓国でデビューし2014年に日本でデビューしました。
BTS debuted in South Korea in 2013 and in Japan in 2014.
「I NEED U」をリリースした2015年ごろくらいから人気が出てきて、徐々に注目を集めるようになりました。
They became popular around 2015, when “I NEED U” was released, and gradually began to attract attention.
日本でもライブを行い、迫力のあるダンスでファンは着々と増え続けていきます。
They started to have a live performance in Japan, and they increased their fan base gradually.
そのころは韓国でアルバムを発売したあと、それを日本語版に収録し直し発売するのが流れで、このあたりに発売された「RUN 」「血、汗、涙」などは日本語バージョンもあります。
At that time, after they released albums in Korea and then released them in Japan, so there are Japanese versions of songs such as “Run” and “Blood, Sweat, and Tears”.
2017年に初の日本ドーム公演を行い日本での人気を示したころに、ワールドツアーライブも行うようになり、世界に注目されるようになってきます。
Around the time they showed their popularity in Japan by performing their first Japan Dome concert in 2017, they also began to perform world tour live shows, attracting attention from around the world.
その後、グラミー賞にノミネートされたり、各国のアーティストとコラボしてさらに注目され、2020年に「ダイナマイト」2021年に「バター」という英語曲をリリースし、世界中の人気を集めました。
Later, they were nominated for a Grammy Award and collaborated with famous artists in many countries, attracting even more attention, and released two English songs, “Dynamite” in 2020 and “Butter” in 2021, gaining popularity around the world.
防弾少年団｜Boudan Shounen Dan
BTSのグループ名は元々日本語では「防弾少年団」という漢字の表記でした。
Their original group name in Japan was 「防弾少年団（ぼうだんしょうねんだん） 」.
韓国語では「バンタンソニョンダン」と言います。それを略して日本のファンは今でもBTSのことをバンタンとよく言います。韓国語を使う方が親しみを込められる感じがするからだと思います。
In Korean, it is called “Bangtan Sonyeondan(방탄소년단)”. Japanese fans still often call them as Bantan because fans can feel it more friendly with using Korean.
これはメンバーの名前にも言えることで、芸名じゃなくてあえて韓国の名前を使うことが多々あります。
This is also used for the names of members, who often dare to use Korean names instead of stage names.
